Enroll for Membership in
a Discount Medical Plan


Welcome to the WBC Card enrollment process.


We will need to collect the following information:

  • Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Address

for any new cardmember and any dependents.  You will also need any major credit card to continue.  When you are ready, please click the appropriate button to begin:
